Virtuality - Motel

Inspired by Neuromancer written by William Gibson and the '60s/70s design language, I've started to build a world that ultimately is a story about my fear of unknown technology like AI infiltrating our daily life.
The symbiosis between old and new, the perversion of how new tech is being pushed into our work and private life without us being able to choose, how single individuals hold an unprecedented amount of power over humanity without any consequences, and how we ultimately need to adjust to stay alive or fight against it. These are themes that eat me up at night, and I think sharing that fear by creating art and building that world helps me to get stronger and unite with similar-thinking individuals.
These images and breakdowns were tests for my demo at Kind of Art in Copenhagen this year. I'm super excited to talk about my workflow, and how I create, and chat with you guys about the industry, art, and the future!
